The valueology studies the level, potential and reserves of physical and mental health, and also a technique, means, technology of preservation and promotion of health.
Subject of valueology is individual health of the person as category of quality of life. The valueology sets as the purpose training of the person in hygienic rules of restoration, strengthening, improvement of health and instilling of such skills as active work, rational rest, a hardening, exercises, a balanced diet, personal hygiene, hygiene of the sexual relations, the timely address to the doctor. The valueology trains in the qualities necessary for healthy and successful everyday life.
